Wine Bar Assistant Manager
A native of Buffalo, New York, Jillian made her way to Oregon after college in Boston and soon became immersed in what she affectionately refers to as “the cornucopia of all things delicious.” She has been fortunate to work with some of the region’s most acclaimed restaurants and wine tasting rooms, where her passion for high quality, sustainable food and artisan libations grew even stronger.
Jillian’s love of diverse personalities has led her to appreciate all the unique characters producing local culinary treasures, and so making recommendations to wine bar visitors is one of her true pleasures. An avid gardener herself, Jillian enjoys learning more every day about the infinite variables involved in growing grapes and making fine wine. Sharing this enthusiasm with guests in the wine bar, her goal is to illuminate all that goes into producing beautiful Ponzi wines year after year.
When she is not pouring or sipping wine, Jillian enjoys adventuring with her dogs and making unique beaded jewelry. She is also a freelance grant writer for nonprofit organizations.
