Today we’re adding a splash of the 2009 Ponzi Riesling to our flight of Six Ponzi Vineyards wines, and pairing it with a sample of Roasted Apple and Pecan Soup… freshly made by Andrew!

Paul was generous enough to share a bit of wine out of his library. 2007 Oregon Pinots are showing incredibly well these days which is why we’ve been busy rounding up as many as we can get our hands on. We’ve been sold out of this wine for at least two years, so it’s going to be a blast to see how it has evolved.
The best part is that we’re selling this perfectly cellared Pinot Noir for the same price as the current release, 2009. Come in and taste with us, Paul will be here from 12-3 pm. and we’ll be featuring this wine all weekend and into the next week.
