Aubichon

Aubichon is an interesting side project from the Le Cadeau folks. It’s a partnership between them and one of their new winemakers, Jim Sanders. Whereas Le Cadeau focuses on their estate vineyard, Aubichon is a chance to work with other vineyards and different soil types. What struck us immediately about this wine were the exotic, floral aromatics. They literally leap out of the glass and pull you into the experience. This wine shows wonderful fruit, polished tannins and just the right amount of acidity to allow this beauty to go the distance in the cellar. Just 325 cases made!
