Beaux Freres’s Willamette Valley Pinot Noir bottling is the newest incarnation of what used to be known as “Belle Soeurs”. Typically this was a blend of neighboring Yamhill county vineyards and occasionally a single vineyard designate wine was offered. The 2007 also saw a bit of the estate grown grapes in the final blend making it one heck of a wine for the price point. We’re convinced this is the best to date!

Following Oregon’s recent string of relatively painless vintages, 2007 brought us challenges that tested even the most seasoned winemaker. Although this vintage received mixed reviews by some national press, ask anyone that truly loves and understands Willamette Valley wines and they’ll tell you a different story; the potential to turn out age-worthy, classic Oregon Pinot Noir was very high.
