Black Cap Wines

It’s back! Black Cap wines are very, very sought after wines because of what they represent. Pure, unapologetic expression of the best vineyards in the Willamette Valley and of course the winemaking talent of the proprietor, Jason Lett. This is Jason’s personal label (he also makes the wines under his families label, Eyrie Vineyards), producing only two wines; Pinot Noir & Chardonnay.

You may recognize the name as one of the Willamette Valley’s most cherished winemaking families. The Lett’s planted the very first commercial vineyard in the Valley in 1966 and shortly after that, took the wine world by storm when they swept two blind tastings of some of the world’s most esteemed Pinot Noirs. Oregon was thrust onto the world stage and has never looked back.
