Andrew TurnerWhat’s “La Source” you ask? The answer is simple; Seven Springs Vineyard! The Evening Land folks now have an exclusive lease of the entire property, including the farming aspect. Using Biodynamic methods, they are fine tuning a site that for decades has been the building block for some of the most touted wines to come out of the Willamette Valley.
La Source Pinot Noir aims for bright fruit & enough structure to age long term. Using both old vine Pommard as well as the quicker ripening Dijon clones, this wine strikes a nice balance between lush, creamy texture and nice acidity that brings it all together.
